Black bag collection

key_binlorry.jpg

Powys County Council have agreed to reduce collection of non-recyclable waste from once every two weeks, to once every three weeks. This will lead to overflowing bins attracting pests and could cause more fly tipping.

We the undersigned request that Powys County Council reconsider this decision and bring back fortnightly black bag collection.
