Francesca is the Liberal Democrat Councillor for Welshpool Gungrog Ward and lives in Welshpool at Glan Camlas, Powys Arms Yard, just off Salop Road.
She is a Governor of Gungrog Infants School, Welshpool High School and a temporary governor of the new Primary School.
